Tossed Salad……..mixed seasonal leaves served with peppers, onions,

cherry tomatoes with a mustard vinagerette dressing.

Deep-fried Breaded Mushrooms…….cooked golden brown and served with our own garlic mayonnaise.

Slow Roast Hock of Pork with an apple and raisin compote, spring onion mash and a bordelaise sauce.

 

Pan-fried Supreme of Chicken served on a bed of sliced potatoes with creamed leeks, coriander, lime and chili.

 

Emince of Beef…Pan-fried strips of beef with a bacon, mushroom, cream and red wine sauce and served with boiled rice.

 

Baked Supreme of Fresh Salmon served on a bed of champ potato

with a white wine cream sauce.
