 FXB Steaks

FXB steaks come from the Buckley farm in county Offaly and are hung in our own butchers for a minimum of 28 days till they are fully matured. They are seasonedwith our own blend of herbs and spices and cooked on a char-grill to sear the outside and keep the inside tender.

Rare : very red, cool centre
Medium Rare : red warm centre
Medium : warm pink centre
Medium Well : slight pink centre
Well Done : cooked through
